Service Description

This is a single health coaching session where we take a look at your lifestyle and work together to improve your well-being. Based on the information I gather from our session, we will work together to create a plan that is fit for your individual needs.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments are subject to a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel prior to 24-hours in advance you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled session.
